The 2027 TechCon will be held at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel boasts Texas-sized hospitality. This downtown Dallas hotel is near American Airlines Center, Fair Park, and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars, including the Deep Ellum neighborhood.
The exhibit hall and meetings rooms are perfectly suited for the TechCon and our emphasis on networking and technical exchange. Overlooking bustling Rainbow Harbor, Queensway Bay, and Pacific Ocean beachfront, the Center sits in the middle of Long Beach’s downtown waterfront, within walking distance to first-class accommodations, shopping, dining, attractions, sightseeing along picturesque bays, and 5 1/2 miles of sandy beach. Long Beach is convenient to Los Angeles International, Long Beach, and Orange County Airports.
Enjoy a variety of convenient on-site dining options, including breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Open Palette, sporting games at Draft Sports Bar and Lounge, cocktails at The Parlor, their hidden speakeasy, or on-the-go snacks from Open Mkt. The hotel features state of the art meeting space and contains 230,645 sq.ft. of event space.

Important note! The SVC does not engage with any third-party companies to provide hotel accommodations. Be aware that in all cases, organizations representing themselves as affiliated with the SVC when it comes to hotel accommodations for the TechCon are likely to have malicious motives leading to a nefarious outcome if you rely on them.
In order for us to secure meeting and exhibition space of this quality, we must commit to a sizable room block and if we come up “short”, we are contractually obligated to pay for every unused room night at the full price! As you can imagine, that is an incredible financial commitment, one that we are happy to make in order to provide the experience that everyone expects from an SVC TechCon. Once again, we are adopting a proactive protocol (first implemented in 2023), designed to avert the threat of attrition and the financial penalty that results from not meeting our room block obligations. Understanding the rationale behind the “process” will help you understand the sequence of events as you secure hotel accommodations and your conference registration.
During conference registration, you’ll be asked for a hotel confirmation code. You’ll need this confirmation code to secure the lower conference rate. If you have not booked your hotel room yet, you can do so online. If you book your hotel room elsewhere, or cannot provide the Hyatt confirmation code, you will be directed to a pricing structure that is $618 USD higher. This policy does not apply to those who register as “exhibit visitors” or “tutorial only” participants. This money allows us to establish a reserve that is used to offset any attrition costs we experience and allows all of our conference participants the flexibility to stay at a location of their choosing.
